Look! St Albans was proud to take part organising one of our regular gatherings in the pub and discussing how Look! St Albans Charrette process helps develop well-designed, and beautiful buildings in St Albans City Centre that also helps create a more sustainable St Albans.
James and Vanessa attended the last event of the week “Creating a Sustainable St Albans". Vanessa said: This was an invaluable and exhilarating event to attend, there are so many people in St Albans working and promoting ways in which, in some cases simple changes and indeed sociable changes in our lives can help our precious planet. We were asked to make a pledge of what individually or within our groups we would do to work towards a truly sustainable St Albans.
James Gregory our secretary pledged ‘Look! St Albans, as part of learning and sharing with the community, will have more meetings covering sustainable issues at our informal events, held in the local pub to support the local economy’ .
This pledge we fully intend to keep, so do please watch our news and updates for when we will hold our next informal meeting. All are welcome so do come and join us.
